Analisa Human Error Menggunakan Metode Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach (SHERPA) Dan Human error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) Pada Pengujian Destructive Test Mesin Milling Studi Kasus PT ABCD

PT ABCD adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang klasifikasi kapal dengan cara pengujian atau inspeksi, salah satu inspeksi dilakukan Destructive Test (DT) mana memberi tekanan kepada material menggunakan mesin milling, hasil output nilai batas maximum dan minimum pada sampel telah diuji. Dalam melakukan proses terdapat interaksi terjadi antara manusia setiap aktivitas akan cenderung mengalami error berupa sistem human error. Oleh karna itu kondisi diakibatkan oleh tersebut harus dapat diminimasi perbaikan agar tidak adanya kecelakaan kerja error, karena hal ini menyebabkan kerugian operator maupun nantinya. Metode digunakan dalam penelitian metode SHERPA HEART. Tujuan untuk mereduksi memberikan solusi tertentu dari analisis data dikumpulkan Human Error atas kesadaran Operator mesin, disebabkan bekerja terburu-buru waktu kurang. Solusi mengatasi ketegasan Manager Operasi Kepala Koordinator Laboratorium Destructivr (DT), seperti melakukannya pengecekan ulang operator, lalu sebelum diharapkannya briefing terlebih dahulu selalu mengingatkan sesuai prosedur berlaku, terkahir training K3 seluruh lebih memahami menyadari seberapa pentingnya penerapan kegiatan pekerjaan berlangsung.
